"3 Artists in Togouchi" Exhibition

"3 Artists in Togouchi" Exhibition was held in october at Kimita branch office hall.

"Togouchi" is the region where I live.

"USHI 2011" was released at 21st, Augast 2011.

And this is the pages of my works.

"USHI 2011" is a book we made, which is an anthology of works of 5 members.

This is a cover picture. 

We had made 5 books long ago, in 1980's.

27 years has past from then.

New work for a magazine.15 pages.

This is a small one.

Bob Dylan's "The Brazil Series"

New book of paintings by Bob Dylan.
He made many paintings in recent years.
"Brazil Series" contains his new expressions.
注文していた、Bob Dylanの新刊”The Brazil Series"が届いた。
コンサートのスケジュールにまとまった空白が増えていたのは、絵画制作のためだったのかもしれない。“Drawn Blank Series"から、もっと踏み込んだ作品に。

Now printing!

Data of picture is send to a laser printer.
It takes 30 sheets of A4 papers to print one picture.
And it takes maybe 1 hour to print out 30 papers.
レーザープリンタに出力中。
A4の用紙30枚を使って1つの画像をプリントする。
1時間くらいかかるような気がする。（ほっておくのでわからない。）

"TREE" is a legendary book of computer graphics.
It was maybe the first book of recursion.
Published in 1983.

シンプルなグラフィックだが、ここから始まったものは大きい。

They printed out very good ones.

唯一、日本語で読めるものである。

The only book about Harold Cohen's AARON translated to Japanese.

ハロルド＆ベッキー・コーエンのアーロンによる塗り絵の本。
ボストンのコンピュータ・ミュージアムで買った。
そこでアーロンのドローイングを２枚買った。一枚50ドルだった。

I also got 2 drawings by Aaron there.
They were $50 each then.

池袋西武のART VIVANTで買った記憶がある。
This is the first Harold Cohen's book I found.
A booklet of Exhibition at the Tate Gallery, London.
I bought this one at the Art Book Store "ART VIVANT" in Ikebukuro Seibu.

出力してみたら。OUTPUT BY INKJET PRINTER.

ピカソ・グラフィックステーションで、試しの出力をしてもらった。
暗いところに微妙にインクの薄い線状の部分がでてしまう。
原因が特定できなかった。
I send a data to Picasso Graphic Station(Hiroshima City).
They opened my pdf file and print some large pictures.
Some pale parts appeared randomly.
We could'nt find out why.

1984年の本だった。山口市の古書店のシールがあった。
いったい、いつ山口市に行って買ったのか。
ともかく、今ごろ、読む。
"Computer and Aethetics" was published in 1984.
I bought this book some years ago at a secondhand bookstore in Yamaguchi City.
I don't remember when.
but somehow, I am reading this book now.

フランクフルト。Frankfurt.

アメリカのAMAZONに注文した本が届いた。
なぜかフランクフルトからだった。
宛先のJAPANがJORDANになっていた。
なぜか、それでもちゃんと届いたのだった。
I received some books from AMAZON.com USA.
Those books were sent from Frankfurt Germany.
Name of the country of my address "JAPAN" turned to "JORDAN".
Somehow the baggage arrived correctly.
